The only remaining June calibration for the PFM MODIS instrument is the bimonthly PV Electronics calibration. The scheduling of this activity has slipped until July 3rd.
SD/SDSM calibrations are currently on hold pending the resolution of the solar diffuser screen anomaly.

PV Band electronics calibration
The next MODIS lunar calibration will be on July 18, 2003 (203/199). The roll angle will be -10.3692 degrees, and data collection will be from 03:14:57 - 03:21:27 GMT.
Three Terra inclination maneuvers are currently being planned for July 8th, August 5th, and August 7th, 2003. For each inclination maneuver, a contingency activity will be scheduled in the stored command load to close the MODIS Space View and Nadir doors prior to entering daylight following the maneuver, but the commands will be inhibited after the spacecraft successfully returns to a nominal attitude.
During the May 6, 2003 (doy 2003/126) Terra Solar Diffuser calibration with the Solar Diffuser Door in the full open position, the telemetry mnemonic, MOD_CR_DR_SDS_OPEN, did not change from NOT_OPEN to OPEN as was expected. A xx6A CP Event Message, "MTR SDD Trigger Not Found", was generated. Further analysis by MCST determined that the screen had indeed remained NOT_OPEN during this calibration, however, dump data analysis by the IOT showed that the drive motor moved through the entire range of the screen from closed to open to closed. Thermal analysis is underway to determine the cause of this anomaly and Terra SDSM calibrations are temporarily on hold.
MODIS is in Science Mode, using all A-side components, but cross-strapped to Formatter B, with the blackbody maintained at 290K.
Nominal telemetry trending is ongoing.
